We have a single room available in our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. The apartment is located on Las Heras and Billinghurst.  The location is great, with lots of cafes, restaurants and stores nearby and within two blocks of Parque Las Heras. Furthermore, you can get anywhere in the city simply by stepping out your front door. While the apartment is located on a busy street, the apartment is completely silent inside and you cannot hear noises from the streets.
The apartment has a big kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a washing machine, TV w/ cable, Wi-Fi, and a living room and dining room. The room for rent is small, with a single bed, closet, and bookshelf.  You would be sharing the apartment with two girls form the US. Since my roommate and I both work full time, you would have the apartment to yourself for most of the day. We are looking for someone who is responsible, easy going, a non-smoker and preferably has plans to be here for more than a couple of months.
